RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not provide refund. We will exchange it with the size/colour requested subject to the availability. Incase you received wrong items or defect, please follow our POLICY TERMS below

 

  1. Procuct item(s) must be returned to us in original condition within 3 days after customer received the parcel.
  1. You can only change for another product within 3 days of receiving the goods provided it is UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING & ALL TAGS ATTACHED (for both local and international orders).
  1. Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability. If there are any difference, you have to pay the difference. You must contact via whatsapp /emaill us within 3 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 3 days of receiving your products.
  2. Shipping Cost are borne by the customer. We are not liable until item reaches our office, as per our Return Policy.

  3. Your parcel will be processed within 1-3 working days once it reaches our office.
  1.  SALE ITEMS and purchases made with discount coupon are non-returnable.

SHIPPING & TAX

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are not refundable.

Tax is to be bear by the buyer if in event it is applicable. 

ONLINE TRANSACTIONS

Our refund policy stated that any orders that has been made by customer and he/she want to cancel, we will only refund back to the customer in a form of Store Credit.

DOUBLE ORDER
It is responsible for customers to check orders before proceed with payment.

Any double order occurs, customers are responsible to check with their respective Bank or Credit Card for the transaction inquiries before proceed with any next transaction to avoid any double order. 

Money are not refundable for any double order cases.

2. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are NOT RESERVE and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out.

3. Please be alert if you receive "BACKORDER" status, means that your order cannot be filled when presented. this might be happen due to high traffic in website at that moments. You will receive e-mail or receive an update via phone or whatsapp. Please provide active emails and Phone No. If we cannot fullfilled your order REFUND will be issue based on the Terms and Conditions of Return Policy.
